The Information Security team has the herculean task of assuring that customers can safely shop with peace of mind knowing their data and information will be safe and secure. Solving some of the most unique cyber security problems in the industry, our team members share an elevated level of creativity and ingenuity to secure data for one of the largest e-commerce operations in the world.

As a Technical Expert on the Cloud Identity team, your primary responsibility is to shape strategic direction of our cloud identity and access management solutions, drive cloud provider feature roadmaps to deliver new capabilities, and consult with teams across Global Tech to enable secure service integrations.

What you'll do:

• Work with one of the largest multi-cloud environments in the world
• Work directly with Microsoft and Google IAM product teams to plan, scope, test, and sign off on new features.
• Work closely other Information Security teams and stakeholders to translate business needs into technology solutions.
• Build monitoring, reporting and service integration into enterprise solutions.
• Contribute to policies and standards that govern cloud identity use.
• Lead the technical design and implementation of scalable and secure IAM solutions.
• Present internally

What you'll bring:

• Hands on experience with Google Workspace and GCP IAM, creating custom roles, policy binding, org constraints, deny polices etc.
• Hands on experience with utilizing PowerShell for scripting changes towards Cloud offerings in GCP, Google Workspace and Azure.
• Hands on experience in managing Google Cloud Directory sync or Microsoft Gsync Connector.
• Familiarity with directory services like Active Directory or LDAP.
• Deep understanding of IAM protocols and standards such as SAML, OAuth, and OIDC.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, capable of meeting/driving towards deadlines.
• Can effectively communicate complex technical concepts to varying audiences.
• Familiarity with HIPAA, PCI DSS, SOX, and other industry or regulatory compliance
