In this position, you will serve as a Supervisory IT Cybersecurity Specialist (INFOSEC). Typical work assignments include: * Directly manage information technology projects. Specialized Experience: In addition to the above requirement you must have at least one year of specialized experience at the GS-13 grade level performing the following duties: * Supervising and executing work that involves security operations (ex. cyberspace, threat reduction, vulnerability reduction, deterrence, internal engagement and etc.); * Recommending the appropriate measures to internal and/or external cyber defense technicians to resolve cyber defense incidents; * Conducting risk and vulnerability assessments to protect IT infrastructure assets and mitigate network vulnerabilities; and * Providing advisory services to leadership to ensure the proper operation of IT systems throughout an organization.
