This role is a member of the Information Technology organization. This is an individual contributor role which is
responsible for the planning, architecture, and deployment of Cyber Security & Modern Workplace technologies, as
well as providing detail oriented, proactive, and customer focused support for existing technologies. This role requires a
solution focused individual with a diverse range of skills including technical analysis, work effort organization, use case
creation, and other relevant technical documentation. This role is “hands on” and requires a customer service focus.
This position will report to the Director, Cybersecurity & Modern Workplace and will play a critical role in the digital
transformation the of company.

Day in the life…
Execute on the company’s Cybersecurity & Modern Workplace vision.
Continuously evaluate the technology stack and make recommendations for change from a Cybersecurity & Modern
Maintain the Cybersecurity infrastructure portfolio.
Document and inventory configurations
Collaborate with the Network Admin team in the planning and execution of hardware/software upgrades.
Threat Management Monitoring & Remediation
Own Patch Management for Workstation & Servers.
Office 365 Service Management (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint)
Drive adoption of the Office 365 suite of services by matching use cases to service capabilities and creating
Manage day to day operations of the E Mail Security Suite.
Manage Cloud Identity Infrastructure
