Education/Certification Requirements:

• Bachelors degree with a minimum of 10+ years of related experience
• Active CISSP and PMP

Work Experience & Skill Requirements

• Experience performing program management role functions with 5 years of supervisory experience
• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity program management, specifically in managing contract programs.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, practices, and technologies.
• Proven track record in managing cybersecurity projects and contracts, including budgeting and resource allocation.
• Extensive experience in risk management, vulnerability assessment, incident response, and compliance.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to ensure the successful execution of our cybersecurity contract programs.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure the delivery of high-quality services within established timelines.
• Manage the entire lifecycle of contract programs, from initiation to completion.
• Conduct regular assessments of program performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop action plans to address any issues or gaps.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable security regulations and standards, such as ISO 27001 and NIST.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define program goals, objectives, and deliverables.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders on program status, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Monitor emerging cybersecurity threats and trends, and recommend appropriate measures to enhance the security posture of our organization.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to optimize program efficiency and effectiveness.
• Lead and mentor a team of cybersecurity professionals, ensuring their continued development and growth.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
