The Sales Operations Manager (HubSpot) role is an integral part of our growing revenue team. With over 300 qualified inbound leads per month, we need an experienced Enterprise Sales Ops Manager who can partner with Senior Leadership to create, guide, and execute operational initiatives to drive overall productivity and performance.

We have just migrated to HubSpot, and proficiency with the tool is an absolute must. You will be the go-to expert empowering Leadership, AEs, and SDRs to crush their goals. Responsibilities include best practice CRM migration, data cleanliness, educating and partnering with our ICs, planning, optimizing sales motions, workflows, reporting, data insights, quota, and territory planning, and being a key member of our hypergrowth.

Our successful Sales Ops Manager will possess the following:

Knowledge: HubSpot proficient, awareness of SaaS modeling, and experienced in hypergrowth onboarding of new teammates


  • 2+ years of HubSpot leadership in supporting Sales process, advocating methodology, and supporting or building a high growth sales team.
  • Collaboration with internal stakeholders and revenue operations teams
  • Recommended tactics to drive initiatives and tactics to improve performance and productivity
  • Help in the collaboration of creating executive reporting insights and actions
  • Guidance on evolving sales territories, per your data and expertise

You are a great fit if you have:

  • 2+ years of SaaS Sales support with HubSpot
  • A positive attitude & enthusiasm
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills

Education: Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)

Compensation Model: This role pays a healthy market rate base and variable comp model
