Responsible for program/project resources, allocation plans workforce development plans, budget forecasts, initiatives, and policies. * Manage one or more large information technology program(s) to provide products and/or services. Coordinates, communicates and integrates IT projects and program activities. Qualifications You qualify for this position if you possess information technology related experience demonstrating each of the four required competencies: * Attention to Detail: * Customer Service: * Oral Communication: * Problem Solving: In addition to the above requirement you qualify for the GS-13 position if you have at least one year of specialized experience at the GS-12 grade level performing the following duties: * Expertise in coordinating with sub-division and division planners, operators, and/or analysts to develop decision making tools for leadership-including project plans, briefings, and executive summaries or reports. * Develop and integrate operational plans that effectively provide the landscape for appropriate risk reduction, mitigation, incident response and recovery from cyber threats. * Establishes metrics to measure and evaluate systems and operational performance. you qualify for the GS-14 position if you have at least one year of specialized experience at the GS-13 grade level performing the following duties: * Expertise in coordinating with sub-division and division planners, operators, and/or analysts to develop decision making tools for leadership-including project plans, briefings, and executive summaries or reports. * Develop and integrate operational plans that effectively provide the landscape for appropriate risk reduction, mitigation, incident response and recovery from cyber threats. * Leads the development of deliberate and crisis action plans with external partners, including intelligence community, law enforcement, DOD, and private sector.
