The primary focus of this supervisory role includes leading a team of skilled security professionals responsible for multiple security practices including continuous assessment, penetration testing, attack surface management, and bug bounty programs.

What you'll do:

• Lead a team of skilled security professionals responsible for developing and utilizing continuous assessment, automation, and validation techniques to substantiate the existence and effectiveness of expected technical security controls.

• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of continuous assessment and validation, penetration testing, vulnerability identification, attack surface management, and bug bounty practices to include setting the direction to achieve alignment with organizational and departmental strategic objectives.

• Ensure alignment of practice area goals and objectives with department, division, business segment, and company goals.

• Enable, empower, and mentor associates and assist them in achieving career and professional development objectives.

What you'll bring:

• Extensive knowledge and understanding of advanced security principles, concepts, and technical capabilities that will enhance the efficacy of technical security controls.

• Demonstrated experience building and evolving stakeholder relationships and partnering collaboratively to securely enable solutions at scale.

• Continuous learner that effectively applies thought leadership, technology, and security prowess to enable and accelerate organizational initiatives.

• Extensive experience defining metrics and reporting that demonstrate the efficacy and maturation of practices in the defined areas of responsibility

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, information systems, cybersecurity, or related area and 6years' experience in cybersecurity risk or related area at a technology, retail, or data-driven company.

Option 2: 8 years' experience in cybersecurity risk or related area at a technology, retail, or data-driven company.

Preferred Qualifications...

Certification in Security+, GISF, GSEC, CISA, CISSP, CCSP, or CISM, Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related area and 4 years' experience leading information security or cybersecurity projects

CISA - Certified Information Systems Auditor - Certification, CISSP - Certified Information Systems Security Professional - Certification
