Director of Cybersecurity Infrastructure & Operations

Modis is seeking a Director of Cybersecurity Infrastructure & Operations for a well-known and well-respected client in the Greater Cleveland, Ohio area.  This position reports directly to the CIO and works closely with the CISO.  They are responsible for the implementation of security products and the security of the servers and network.

 

Skills & Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of 3-4 people, with the expectation of growing the team.
  • Develop best practices around Cyber Security infrastructure & operations.
  • HIGHLY SKILLED in all areas of senior I.T. leadership, personnel management, project leadership, planning, finance, strategy development and business operations of an I.T. department.
  • BROADLY SKILLED in all areas of I.T. cybersecurity technology including identity & access management, risk management, vulnerability management, on prem and cloud security, threat intelligence, SOC operations, security automation & analytics, and incident response.
  • A solid understanding of enterprise I.T. infrastructure and operations is also required.
  • 10+ years managing a technical I.T. team responsible for cybersecurity and/or infrastructure.
  • 7+ years of technical experience in cybersecurity technologies including identity & access management, risk management, vulnerability management, on prem and cloud security, threat intelligence, SOC operations, security automation & analytics, and incident response.
