Channel Sales:

Position Summary

We are looking for someone with experience in the IT/cybersecurity space to help grow our Channel Partner Program. The Channel Account Manager will have a strategic mindset, be results oriented, and focus on relationship development.

You Will

As a Channel Account Manager, you will be building and driving indirect Channel Partners within our newly launched Channel Partner Program. You will help to develop, foster, and oversee our vision for growth within the channel by focusing on leveraging existing processes, and cultivating key external relationships. Responsibilities will include making and sustaining connections with solution providers: (VADs, VARs, and MSPs) to drive new business and strengthen and broaden existing relationships. The Channel Account Manager will have the following responsibilities:

  • Act as point of contact for channel relationships and demonstrate deep industry knowledge fostering confidence and trust.
  • Identify trends in the channel industry that align with our client's technologies, and its subsidiary Cybersecurity Risk Solutions and lead initiatives to drive additional growth.
  • Assist with marketing designs and sales enablement to build appropriate communication tools, actionable intelligence, and training for field distribution on finding opportunities.
  • Help support partners with sales and demonstrations of our solutions.
  • Lead and evaluate the sales and status of each prospective partner. Plan, coordinate and lead meetings as the partner’s primary point of contact.

Reporting Relationship

This position reports to the Director of Channel Development

Primary Location :

Edison, NJ

You:

  • Drive sales and marketing activities with established channel partners.
  • Recruit, enable, and engage new partners specifically to support sales region goals
  • Work closely with the Director of Channel Development, Sales and Marketing to help drive partner influenced business.
  • Record/track all activity in Zoho CRM and Zinfi Partner Relationship Management
  • Helpful to have experience with UCM Channel Management Plat

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience working for and/or driving partnerships with solution providers, MSPs, IT cybersecurity Distributors, VARs or Channel Partners.
  • Experience selling, marketing, or partnering to drive business
