This entry level Cyber Security Systems Engineering position will support multiple programs in the Integrated Warfare Systems & Sensors (IWSS) Line of Business (LOB). Assignments will include supporting the evaluation of infrastructure design in the area of cybersecurity, supporting vulnerability analysis of systems, automation, and supporting system cybersecurity certification. Position requires a bachelor's degree from an accredited college in related discipline, and a desire to grow in the cybersecurity field.
Basic Qualifications:
- B.S. in Computer or Electrical Engineering, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or equivalent. - Demonstrated potential to work in a team environment. - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to obtain and maintain Security Clearance.
Desired Skills:
The following are appreciated, but not required: - Vulnerability analysis experience using cybersecurity tools
- Scripting experience (e.g. Python, Bash, Perl, Powershell) - Demonstrated leadership skills - Ability to analyze security vulnerability reports and develop/implement a plan to mitigate critical vulnerabilities - Security+ certification - Linux command line and file system experience
