Apex Systems, the nation’s 2nd largest IT Staffing Firm, has a contract to hire need for a Cybersecurity Solution Delivery Manager for a healthcare client in Indian Land, South Carolina.
Responsible for securely managing information systems throughout their lifecycle, including; knowing what systems are within their scope of responsibility, understanding what sensitive data is stored, processed, or transmitted on those systems, securely configuring those systems, knowing what events may constitute a security incident, and understanding their role in security incident response activities.
The Cybersecurity Solution Delivery Manager will serve as a core member of one or more cross-functional product teams in order to enable the delivery of cybersecurity products and services on behalf of the Chief Information Security Officer.
The solution delivery manager is responsible for managing end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity solutions that enable cybersecurity capabilities. The solution delivery manager works on complex initiatives that may span multiple organizations, functions, and locations. The solution delivery manager adapts to a rapidly changing environment and employs novel approaches to deliver solutions that provide value to the organization.
The solution delivery manager maintains and strengthens relationships with business stakeholders at multiple levels, including those external to their product teams. The solution delivery manager is responsible for leading product lifecycle management activities including: gathering customer requirements, facilitating product backlog prioritization, managing product team commitments, managing product dependencies, mitigating product delivery roadblocks, authoring and delivering communications to stakeholders, tracking and reporting quality metrics, and driving continuous improvement activities. The solution delivery manager executes their job duties with a periodic need for instruction and/or guidance.
