As the Cybersecurity Services Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our cybersecurity services to new heights. You will be responsible for aligning our services with the strategic goals and objectives of Threat Tec while ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions to our clients. This role requires a dynamic leader who can integrate our strategic vision with our core values, and who possesses exceptional talent management, sales, marketing, and customer engagement skills. Responsibilities: Service Development and Oversight: * Lead the establishment and development of cutting-edge cybersecurity services tailored to meet the needs of both defense and commercial sectors.
* Oversee the ongoing improvement and evolution of our service offerings to stay ahead of emerging threats and industry trends.
Talent Management: * Lead efforts to attract, recruit, and retain top talent within the cybersecurity industry.
* Implement and manage comprehensive training and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our cybersecurity professionals.
Sales and Marketing Collaboration: * Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Business Development departments to create and execute effective go-to-market strategies for new and existing services.
* Develop compelling sales and marketing materials that clearly communicate the value of our cybersecurity services to prospective clients.
Customer Engagement: * Lead technical presentations and discussions with current and prospective customers to showcase the capabilities of our services.
* Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality service offerings and providing exceptional customer support.
Global Technical Alignment: * Interface with internal and external teams to ensure global alignment and consistent delivery of our cybersecurity services.
* Coordinate efforts to adapt our services to regional and industry-specific requirements while maintaining a cohesive global strategy.
Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
* Proven experience in cybersecurity program management, with a track record of successful service development and delivery.
* Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Solid understanding of cybersecurity trends, technologies, and best practices.
* Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
* Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA) are a plus.
