Iron Bow is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to support a large program serving the US Army Human Resources Command. This position will focus on keeping the customer satisfied with our service and ensure all our commitments are met.

The Service Delivery Manager for Cyber-Security, Project Management, and Division Operations shall provide oversight of Contractor performance and service delivery relating to the Cyber-Security Services, Project Management Services, Division Operations Services, and ITSM Platform Services service lines. 

Job Description:

• Provide oversight and service delivery for related Cyber-Security and Project Manager services
• Provide oversight and service delivery for Division Operations and ITSM Platform service lines
• Support cyber-security assessments, audits, documentation and inspections
• Lead and execute IT project focused on cybersecurity capabilities and RMF

Minimum Qualifications:

• BS + 5 years of experience supporting cyber-security assessments, audits, documentation, and inspections, and leading and executing enterprise IT projects focused on cyber-security capabilities

• PMP certification required or equivalent project management certification

• Security+CE or equivalent IAT II certification

• Cyber Tool certification preferred

• Experience supporting the DOD Risk Management Framework (RMF) and leading enterprise IT projects which enhance the cyber-security posture of IT systems and services.

• up to 25% travel required for this role

• Secret Clearance required
