Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Program Manager to manage a Cybersecurity transformation initiative in the OT and IT who will collaborate with program delivery leads, resources, business, IT, cybersecurity, Manufacturing, and Automation to ensure proper coordination and execution of activities related to various processes of project management, communications, budget, and data analysis. The position requires significant interaction with cross-functional departments within the organization and excellent communication and relationship management skills.

  • Provide Project Management related support services, including coordinating and tracking the progress of cybersecurity and technical activities and initiative, specifically tailored to client* Yogurt and Beverage Operations Technology (OT) manufacturing facilities, business applications, and users' network
  • Partner with stakeholders and technical team leads to conduct analyses, prioritization, and planning of proposed remediation initiatives
  • Drive the necessary remediation/mitigation efforts with relevant personnel from Cybersecurity and other technology vendors
  • Develop and maintain a detailed remediation tracker and project plan for each initiative
  • Have enough cybersecurity subject matter expertise (SME) to assist DNA Cybersecurity technical teams with the execution of activities
  • Conduct ongoing meetings to drive progress on cyber security and technical initiatives, track completion status, and identify/discuss issues and risks
  • Establish the necessary escalation methods for resolving identified issues that may negatively impact the progress of key security activities
  • Support the development of executive-level project status dashboards, reports, KPI’s, KRI’s presented to the DNA leadership, and global stakeholders (e.g., CISO and governance)
  • Held accountable and responsible for delivering systems development solutions from project initiation to project closure
  • Work with finance teams to track all budgeting-related activities, POs, etc.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Business or related field
  • Strong background in Cybersecurity, Security, Data, and Infrastructure Projects
  • Minimum 10 years of experience as a Project Manager
  • Experience with various project management methodologies such as Waterfall/Agile/Scrum
  • Solid documentation skills related to business analysis and requirements gathering
