Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Digitial Product Manager to act in a Cybersecurity Product Manager role working with our Data Security team.

Cybersecurity is responsible for protecting the company from cyber threats, engaging with Wells Fargo businesses, assessing information security risk, providing identity services, performing security engineering, and operating the cybersecurity function.

Product Manager - Data Security

Wells Fargo is seeking a Product Manager to own the Data Security vision and roadmap and collaborate with the product team, product area team, and delivery teams to experiment, discover, and deliver on the product vision. This position will report to Head of Cybersecurity Data Science.

As a senior leader, you will be a key part of the Cybersecurity Data Science Leadership team, developing, refining, and executing on the overall Technology and Cybersecurity product strategy in partnership with other senior leaders. Additionally, you will:

  • Engage consumers, product owners, and matrixed stakeholders to define outcomes
  • Represent the product and clearly communicate outcomes to the organization
  • Prioritize the product backlog to optimally allocate resources to achieve outcomes
  • Build a consumer-centric perspective to resolve conflicts and prioritize output
  • Establish, communicate, and monitor objectives, key results, and performance indicators
  • Allocate budget efficiently to maximize value and connect investment to outcome transparently
  • Validate solutions and product recommendations against industry standards
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Technology Strategic Leadership

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 4+ years of Data Security experience

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with Data Security product management (Certificate management, Encryption, Tokenization, Data masking, security technologies and algorithms which protect data in transit and rest, public key infrastructure systems (PKI))
  • Experience with Cybersecurity domain
  • Experience with large Technology Transformations with proven experience establishing a vision, developing the strategy to support the vision, gaining consensus across key functional leadership through effective communication, and driving action towards the vision through the effective management of goals and objectives
  • Ability to develop technology strategy, operating models & roadmaps with clear objectives that are aligned with business, enterprise, and technology strategies
  • Experience with human-centered design principles
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) with ability to communicate and influence executives, senior leaders, LOB stakeholders, product owners, regulatory groups, technology, business analysts, other internal partners
  • Proven ability to facilitate and drive prioritization discussions
  • Proven ability to be innovative and creative in meeting customer and enterprise needs
  • 7+ years' experience with Agile practices and frameworks (e.g., Kanban, Scrum, etc.) and workflow and collaboration tools, such as Confluence, Jira and Jira Align
  • Strong time management skills including the ability to handle multiple deliverables concurrently
  • Finance sector security experience or other highly regulated industries
  • Ability to manage integrations across multiple technology systems, operations, and/or processes
  • Certifications as a Product Owner or Product Manager
  • 7+ years of experience in consulting strategic position at a large company
  • Experience in large business case development
  • Good understanding of information security threats, trends and industry best practices and security tools
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills including PowerPoint
  • Finance sector security experience or other regulated industry (e.g. utilities, health care, government)

Job Expectations:

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
  • Ability to work a hybrid work schedule - 3 days a week on-site/in office and 2 days a week remote
