One of R&W Group’s favorite clients is in a business in the mortgage services industry. They are looking for a Cybersecurity Officer. 

In this role you would be responsible for supporting the implementation and administration of information security policies, procedures, and technologies to ensure the protection of networks, systems, applications, and data. The Cybersecurity Officer will lead the investigation and the entire lifecycle of security-related risk and risk associated with operations, Business Continuity Planning, SOC, and Disaster Recovery.

Brief Description of Duties:

-          Carry out vulnerability assessments and provide recommendations for mitigating potential risks

-          Understanding of cybersecurity architecture design, documentation, and diagrams for systems and applications

-          Directly assist in the testing, selection, design, implementation, documentation, operation, and maintenance of security technologies and security vendors

-          Develop and maintain policies and procedures promoting cybersecurity

-          Create cybersecurity end-user communications, tutorials, and training materials

-          Oversee and ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies, procedures, and regulatory standards such as internal auditing, user access audits, technical reviews, and identification of security risks
