Compensation: $76.00 to $88.00 per hour

At least 3 years of cybersecurity work experience and at least 1 year of teaching experience (this can be broad - traditional classroom roles, TA?ing in college, mentoring junior professionals, etc.) Advanced certification(s) in cybersecurity (e.g. CISSP, CCNA, OSCP/GPEN, MCSE) Subject matter expertise (and the ability to provide instruction in) some of the following domains: Blue team skills (e.g. intrusion detection, hardening the enterprise, NESSUS, digital forensics / incident response, data loss prevention, malware analysis, working in a SOC/NOC environment) System administration (Windows and Linux) and systems security Networking, firewalls and network security Applied cryptography Scripting using Bash, Powershell and Python Risk management Security Strategy Analysis Threat Intelligence Governance, Risk Compliance Infosec Culture Exceptional and engaging presentation skills - particularly when it comes to complex technical information A desire to work on a fast-moving, entrepreneurial ?startup within a startup? with a high degree of ownership and independence A passion for the cyber security industry and a desire to be part of growing the careers of a diverse new generation of cyber security professionals You are an exceptional candidate for this role if you also have: Bachelor's and/or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field Experience teaching in an immersive "bootcamp" type of environment, particularly a cyber-security focused curriculum Experience managing teams, ideally leading other instructors in an academic environment Experience developing pedagogical methods and curricula in cybersecurity Given a talk at an infosec conference, and/or been published in peer-reviewed infosec journal(s) within the past 5 years Technical experience in a data center environment Ability to write code (front-end, back-end and/or database)
