We are looking for a Cybersecurity / Information Security Systems Analyst - Principal with a Secret clearance or higher to join our growing team in Sierra Vista, AZ! As a Cybersecurity/Information Security Systems Analyst - Principal you will: * Be responsible for performing and managing cybersecurity test and evaluation (T&E) of Information Technology/National Security Systems (IT/NSS) and assess system capabilities. * Lead, plan and execute Cybersecurity Information Technology (IT) Test and Evaluation (T&E) Systems and Capability Life Cycle Task Order (TOs) ensuring events and team activities are completed. * Interface with Government Action Officers (AOs) and conduct regular In-Process Reviews (IPRs) on TO project funding, schedules, technical deliverables, and management. * Receive a robust benefits package that includes our Employee Stock Ownership Plan! A week in the life of a Cybersecurity / Information Security Systems Analyst - Principal: * Ensure that required AMERICAN SYSTEMS and JITC training requirements are completed in accordance with PMO guidance. * Adhere to DISA JITC ISO 9001 Auditable Unit (AU) processes and ensure that program milestones are met. * Research technical IT/NSS systems and capability documents for testable cybersecurity requirements and develop test procedures that will correctly test for expected results. * Manage assigned TO financial, technical, schedule and management requirements. * Develop and submit internal and external weekly and monthly task order activity reports (WARs & MSRs) ensuring format, technical and schedule compliance. * Report on issues and identify cybersecurity Courses of Action (COAs) for customer approval to mitigate issues quickly. * Plan Government customer and assigned ASC MAC internal and external IPR, Working group or information meetings. * Conduct Action Officer IPRs using IPR approved formats. * Manage the assigned team, work schedule, PTO and ensure work environment compliance * Participate in T&E documentation adjudication meetings and working group sessions. * Follow and apply common T&E practices and DoD cybersecurity/information security directives and instructions * Solicit system requirements and associated operational environments to produce an evaluation approach that supports T&E objectives. * Conduct and oversee cybersecurity testing of processes and products. * Recommend adjustments to the cybersecurity processes or detailed procedures when appropriate. * Responsible for all activities involving quality assurance and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements; conducts audits and reviews/analyzes data and documentation. * Track assigned TO and Government Customer IT logistics assets. * Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual IT asset logistics inspections are completed. * Plan out task order period of performance preplanning, planning, execution, data collection, data analysis, reporting and close out activities. IAT Level II (CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, SSCP) or IAM Level II (CAP, CASP+ CE, CISM, CISSP (or Associate), GSLC, CCISO) * Experience in supporting a DoD customer in the T&E area that includes an extensive understanding of test Pre-Planning, Planning, Test Readiness Reviews, Execution, Data Collection, Data Analysis, After Actions Reviews, Reporting and Closing events and activities. * Recent and relevant hands-on cybersecurity and T&E of an IT/NSS T&E project that includes all phases of a T&E life cycle in the areas of Developmental, Operational, Cybersecurity, Unified Capabilities, Joint Interoperability, Verification and Validation, and Standards Conformance and Compliance testing. * Current DoD Secret clearance or higher eligibility EOE Minorities/Women/Disabled/Veterans/Gender Identity/Sexual Orientation or EEO M/W/D/V/GI/SO
