In the process, you will have exciting opportunities to develop your skills, expand your network, and build your career.Major ResponsibilitiesDrive the execution of cybersecurity communications and awareness materialsWork closely with cybersecurity teams, function owners, and risk and control teams to establish required materialsDrive complex, firm-wide initiatives towards successful completion and develop communications for lines of business, senior management, risk committees, and board of directorsUnderstand current cybersecurity strategy and help mature communications on a continuous basis through targeted initiativesCollaborate with business stakeholders (e.g., marketing and communications) to understand roadmap, communication support requirements and process improvements to enhance business operationsAnalyze and measure the effectiveness of existing communications and materials produced for continous improvementPartner with stakeholders to monitor and achieve annual targetsQualificationsBachelor's degree in information technology, cyber security, communications, or a combination of education and equivalent work experienceCertifications related to cybersecurity a plus (e.g., CISSP)Minimum of 4 years overall experience in CommunicationsPrior experience supporting information security and risk management organizations, preferably in financial services sectorExperience developing or driving cybersecurity communications strategy strongly preferredStrategic planning and process improvement experienceExperience in developing and providing executive level reportingExperience creating communications and awareness materials in a global organization with a focus on cybersecurity Knowledge of the regulatory environment as it applies to information security within financial services industryAbility to work cross-functionally and build relationships with internal teamsAdvanced communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)Strong interpersonal, organizational, and critical thinking/problem solving skillsProficient in developing briefing materials, administrative, and logistics supportAbility to consistently make good independent judgment, organize thoughts, and make decisions under time constraintsServing as a trusted advisorAnalytical thinking, Iterative problem-solvingCollaborates and/or leads inclusivelyRaising Awareness among internal business staff to raise cyber awarenessSupport and deliver communication and presentation materials to support Enterprise Information SecurityDeveloping articles for lines of business and company portalManage required deliverables to satisfy regulatory requirementsThe typical base pay range for this role is between $130K - $155K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
