Based in our Pittsburgh, PA location, you will perform a variety of basic cybersecurity engineering functions related to the installation, service, and maintenance of company products to meet customers' requirements and environment.
AS A CYBERSECURITY FIELD ENGINEER YOU WILL:
Analyze and solve engineering problems associated with the installation, start-up, and operation of relatively complex cybersecurity systems, as well as, basic components related to DCS control systems.
Direct efforts of personnel engaged in the installation of cybersecurity systems, subsystems, equipment or their routine modification, maintenance, and repair.
Become as knowledgeable as possible on company products in as short a period of time as possible, primarily thru existing training programs, hands on experience, and individual concerted effort.
Perform a variety of related functions such as: site instruction of customer personnel; writing and modifying maintenance procedures; quality control tests and/or product evaluation; provide complete and timely reports on all activities with emphasis on defining problems encountered, services rendered, and customer reaction to the supplied product and services.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, cybersecurity, related science or technical field, or equivalent combination of technical education and related experience required.
Required travel up to 80% to customer sites in the region for multiple days
