As Cybersecurity Expert of factory & R&D location **New Kensington** you are the central responsible for all security topics in close alignment with responsible Cybersecurity Officer. You report directly to the head of the factory

Your tasks and responsibilities

+ You implement cybersecurity measures which are relevant for product development, their engineering and manufacturing as well as manufacturing equipment ( e. .g machines and devices, IPCs, PC, PLC and network equipment) accordantly to cybersecurity regulations and policies. Furthermore, you supervise current implementation states of each security measure continuously

+ You supervise project progress regarding security and support the corresponding project leaders

+ You identify cybersecurity risks and threats and advice manufacturing employees regarding cybersecurity

+ You cultivate knowledge transfer between R&D projects and cybersecurity authorities of other factory locations

+ You support during selection, qualification and onboarding of IT/OT equipment in the factory

Your qualifications and experience

+ Degree or equivalent professional qualification in computer science, IT or related subject area

+ Longtime experience in automation technology and extended know how regarding security (IT infrastructure, information security, security testing, end point protection, secure network devices)

+ Hands-on experience with project management, experience with documentation and communication of sophisticated topics to the local management

+ Experience with standards IEC 62443 / NERC-CIP / NIST or ISO 27001

+ Knowledge of IT infrastructure and IT equipment

+ Language skills in English

+ Certification as CISSP or comparable is a plus

**Implementations**

+ Plant security: the CSE is responsible for security of physical access (access control of factory property), data centers, OT and IT equipment

+ System and network integrity: the CSE is responsible for security of production equipment e.g. control units, PCs, switches, Memory Cards, HMIs etc

(this includes for example patch management and password handling)

+ CSE reports all security relevant topics

+ CSE pushes security measures and supports the responsible persons within the factory (e.g. LDA IT, technology responsible)

+ CSE trains factory employees and schedules security trainings

+ CSE is involved into purchasing of new equipment, machines and supports regarding security onboarding / commissioning , maintenance and offboarding

+ As CSE, you work with the Cybersecurity Officer of Metaregion America

+ You regularly report progress of security measures, current state of the factory regarding security and possible security issues

+ In addition, you support continues improvement of factory security

+ You observe production equipment regarding security

+ You identify potential for improvement and cause the implementation

+ Furthermore, you track current implementation states of each security measure continuously, invite for tracking meetings and take care of moderation during these meetings

+ By continues tracking meetings e.g. implementation of identified potential for improvement, assessment and audit measures

+ While taking care of security you identify relevant participants, schedule meetings, moderate meetings and report

+ You supervise project progress regarding security and support the project leader

+ You cultivate knowledge transfer between projects and between CSEs of other factory & R&D locations

+ You prepare documents to transfer knowledge based on successful implementations to be shared with other projects and factory locations

+ You show potential for improvement in an early phase and doing so you enable identification of solutions together with other participants (e.g. CSE of other factory locations)

Amount of work: 50% for factory security and 50% for security in R&D projects, focusing of secure system integration, validations and documenting. (in case of an incident 100% of available work time)
