This role will be based in the Tabuk region of Saudi. Job Description Job responsibilities for the Cybersecurity Engineering Manager will be as follows: • Collaborate with cybersecurity architects to design and review comprehensive cybersecurity solutions that align with NEOM's security policies and regulatory requirements. • Assist in RFPs development for cybersecurity technologies and solutions. • Evaluation and selection of vendors for cybersecurity technologies and services, based on defined criteria. • Review the configuration of Cybersecurity technologies, including Firewalls, IPS/IDS, SIEM, Endpoint security, IAM solutions, and others. • Assist in conducting assessments to identify gaps and maturity levels of Cybersecurity technologies, according to enterprise reference security architecture requirements. Propose an optimisation plan to address any gaps Ensuring the smooth operation and functionality of security solutions through testing and troubleshooting. • Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for all implemented cybersecurity solutions, configurations, and best practices. • Preparing reports and presentations to communicate status/progress of Cybersecurity Solution Engineering. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Network and Infrastructure, Data and Application Development to ensure that solutions are integrated effectively into various systems and processes. • Staying up to date on industry standards and regulations related to cybersecurity solutions engineering. The Successful Applicant The Cybersecurity Engineering Manager will be/have: • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Security or a related field of study (Master's degree preferred) • Professional certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), GIAC Defensible Security Architecture, or CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner are preferred. • Proven experience in cybersecurity solution engineering, with at least 8 years in a similar role. • In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and best practices. • Track record of successfully deploying security tools and technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, endpoint security solutions, data protection solutions, IAM solutions, SIEM/SOC solutions, antivirus, encryption solutions, etc. • Strong vendor management skills • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. • Strong communication and teamwork skills. • Ability to work independently and manage projects successfully. • Based in/willing to relocate to Tabuk.
