Must have 3-5 years of hands-on high-tech law firm of experience in the cybersecurity and privacy protection arena. Seeking candidates that have both transactional and enforcement experience.

You will have the opportunity to counsel clients on a variety of data, privacy, and cybersecurity matters including data breach investigations, internal investigations, cyber-attacks, regulatory compliance, privacy policies, data theft, physical security, and negotiation of ransomware attacks.
