Our client has a direct-hire opportunity in Melbourne, FL for an experienced Cyber Security Manager. This position includes Salary, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, PTO & Relocation Assistance (if applicable).

Purpose:
•Define the cybersecurity strategic plans and roadmaps for the platform, aligned with threats, market needs and norms in accordance with Alstom Products and Solutions Cybersecurity strategy.
•Coordinate development and Knowledge Transfer on cybersecurity norms, best practices and behavior

Main Responsibilities:
•Establish and maintain, in collaboration with Solution Directors and Program Managers the Platform cybersecurity Roadmap
•Contribute to Cyber Security PAB and PRB on his scope
•Monitor Programs QCD execution of the Platform cybersecurity roadmap,
•Ensure coordination across Programs (inside Platform and with other Platforms) on subjects related to cybersecurity
•Lead Platform Cyber incident resolution (member of PSIRT team)
•Review and validate key cyber deliverables from Programs (e.g. Cyber Security Management Plan, Cyber Security Threats & Risk analysis, Cyber Security Reports)
•Contribute to Cybersecurity policies, processes and standards definition
•Support and deploy in the Platform team cybersecurity knowledge and processes (coaching, awareness & trainings)
•Support Region cybersecurity Manager: participate to Tender Review or Design Reviews when requested

Additional Responsibilities:
•Execute some cybersecurity activities or manage cybersecurity subcontractors (Risk Assessment)
•Run vulnerability audits and define recommendations & mitigation procedures.
•Assist IT and Engineering with architecting development labs for mitigation of Cyber Security risks.
•Define and deploy tests tools & labs dedicated to cybersecurity tests of our deliverables
•Ensure technological watch for cybersecurity (latest threats identified with associated action plans; latest technologies& tools to be deployed)
•Participates and contributes to the evolution of norms applicable in transportation on cybersecurity
