RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in search of a Cyber Security Engineer in McLean, VA.

Key Tasks:

• Leverage your systems engineering experience in the field of network security/boundary protection, cybersecurity, cyber analytics, and threat analytics for DMDC IT Operations
• Provide Systems Engineering Technical Reviews (SETR) for System Requirements Review (SRR), System Functional Review (SFR), Preliminary Design Review (PDR), Critical Design Review (CDR), Test Readiness Review (TRR), Production Readiness Review (PRR), and Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM)
• Providing cybersecurity and systems engineering support for Host Base Security System (HBSS) and Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS)
• Managing the deployment of Cyber Security mandated system upgrades, patches, and perform modifications to ensure systems are protected against known exploits
• Develop and track POAMS, ATOs, and Boundary documentation for EMITS
• Manage a team of 4 5 security engineers
