Cyber Security Engineer

  • Cyber Security Engineer:
  • The Cyber Security Engineer selects, engineers and supports the endpoint security solutions deployed onto digital workloads, be them on prem or in the cloud.
  • Essential Responsibilities and Duties: - Primary focus will be supporting our container security solutions - Provide auxiliary support for other endpoint security solutions (encryption, malware protection tools, privileged access) - Possesses detailed knowledge of IT infrastructure and understands the interdependencies of aggregate parts - Manages projects from their inception to service management - Define, formalize, engineer endpoint security solutions to mitigate exposures - Coordinate testing and deployment of these solutions with IT Infrastructure and Commercialization teams - Review, update, coordinate validation and publish endpoint security standards - Contribute to the deployment of DevSecOps automation for the product teams - Supports the design, implementation and deployment of container security for IIoT - Contribute to POC evaluations for new cutting edge security tools - Support deployed security solutions in operations - Perform tech watch for new cybersecurity techniques and technologies
  • Previous Experience and Competencies: - Significant technical understanding and experience, ideally as administrator, of Windows and Linux Operating Systems and their associated security related requirements, - Experience in Containers configuration, management, deployment - being familiar with Twistlock Management and Administration (container security software) would be a plus - A moderate understanding of Privileged Account Management solutions
