Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain incident response and fraud investigation metrics and reporting
  • Support the Cyber Threat Intelligence program and information analysis
  • Provide subject matter expertise for cyber and fraud incident root cause analysis
  • Technical and administrative control enhancements to drive continuous improvement of the security posture of the environment
  • Gather data, analyze, and draft reports for departments, projects, key indicators, and dashboards.
  • Develop relationships with peers and key stakeholders, such as business partners, legal, internal audit, risk, and technology specialists.
  • Assist with defined tasks to support specified cyber security domain areas.
  • Assist in research, development, and implementation of information security initiatives such as policy, program, procedure, and technology improvements and solutions.
  • Serve as an ambassador to help employees and contractors understand their role in safeguarding information, technology, and services.

Qualifications

  • Two years of cyber security engineering experience
  • Experience with one or more of the following cyber security domain areas: application awareness, BCP/DR, cyber resiliency, data handling and classification, data level encryption, DLP, forensics, fraud investigation and response, identity and access management, identity awareness, incident response and management, key management systems, multi-factor authentication, network zoning and segmentation, next gen firewalls, secure coding, security within SDLC, STIGs, web application firewalls (WAF), web certifications
  • Knowledge of control frameworks such as NIST CSF, NIST SP 800-53, FISMA, ISO 2700, COBIT
  • Knowledge of one or more GRC systems including Archer, RiskVision, RSAM or equivalent
  • Experience with systems such as Remedy, JIRA, Tanium or equivalent
  • Experience with scripting languages, SQL, and Programming language R with experience building Shiny apps.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Proficiency using MS Office

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in information/cyber security, information risk, information risk management, information systems, computer science, information management, or related field
  • Experience in insurance, payments, banking or other fin-tech industry
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint
