Work you'll do

As a Cybersecurity SME within our Cyber Risk team, you will:

+ Support client's CISO with enterprise-wide current state assessments of their security posture

+ Identify deficiencies and recommend remediation with appropriate safeguards and cutting-edge technology

+ Support the stand up of a Cybersecurity program that emphasizes defensive capabilities that protect, detect and respond to cyber threats

+ Architect a cybersecurity framework depicting how the client manages risks to systems, people, assets, data and capabilities

+ Provide technical working group support and evaluate security domains such as, risk management, configuration management, identity and access management, data protection and privacy, security training, etc.

+ Perform project tasks independently and may lead workstreams, directing the efforts of others

+ Provides coaching to junior staff

+ Participate in and/or lead the development of deliverable content that meets the needs of the client and contract

+ Use your prior experience to anticipate client needs and formulate solutions to client issues

+ Contributes to proposal development

Qualifications

Required:

+ Bachelor's degree required

+ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

+ Active Secret security clearance required

+ 5+ years within Cybersecurity

+ 3+ years building and supporting Enterprise Security Architectures and Infrastructure Security

+ Experience overseeing Cybersecurity programs that emphasizes defensive capabilities that protect, detect and respond to cyber threats

+ Experience working with RMF, FIMSA and NIST 800-53

+ Experience working with cyber security tools and emerging technologies

Preferred:

+ Prior professional services or federal consulting experience

+ Certifications (e.g., CISA, CISM or CISSP certification)

+ Active Top Secret security clearance

+ Understanding of emerging technologies aligned with Zero Trust capabilities
