Overview

Vectrus is seeking an experienced Risk Management Framework (RMF) Cybersecurity Analyst (Lead) to join our Foreign Military Sales team to provide technical management of the implementation and maintenance of the Kuwait Air Force's (KAF) KC-130J cybersecurity program in support of NAVAIR PMA-207.

Responsibilities

+ Lead the implementation and maintenance of the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Risk Management Framework (RMF) for the KC-130J fleet and Weapon System Trainer Platform Information Technology (PIT) Systems.

+ Responsible for overall coordination and management of the NIST RMF process. This includes consulting on systems and their plans, design, development, implementation of projects focused on Cyber Security.

+ Develop and maintain security documentation, such as but not limited to system security plans, security assessment reports, network diagrams, POAMs, and risk assessment reports, to comply with DoD 8500 series and NIST 800-53 "like" controls and sub controls.

+ Serve as a main point of contact between the ACET Team Lead and the external stakeholders and be responsible for ensuring the organization's success in meeting all cybersecurity requirements.

+ Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including program management, engineering, operations, logistics, and other USG contractors, to ensure their necessary collaboration and successful adoption of cybersecurity plan.

+ Oversee the research and analysis to identify and evaluate both new DoD and commercial cybersecurity policies and commercial guidelines

+ Provide technical expertise and support while promoting a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration by organizing knowledge bases, contributing regularly to team meetings, and encouraging other team members to contribute to overall cyber success and implementation

+ Create deliverables (e.g., white papers, material solutions analysis and alternatives, to include other internal technical strategy documents and templates. Provide insight into emerging cyber trends through SWOT analysis, regularly contribute to weekly status discussions, develop technical publication and/or speak at technical exchange meetings, Program Management Reviews (PMR) and other informal or formal exchanges as required

Qualifications

Education / Certifications:

+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or related technical degree, or at least 4 equivalent years of relevant military service

+ Security + certification (Minimum)

+ 5 years of Information Assurance/Cyber experience

+ 5 years of Federal and/or DoD experience

Experience:

+ DoD 8570 level II IAT Level III (example: CISSP or equivalent).

+ Knowledge of compliance standards for the organization to include NIST 800-53 controls, RMF 800-37, FEDRAMP, agency specific requirements and emerging IC/DoD policies for Cyber Security with a particular focus on Cross Domain Solutions
