Responsibilities

Include but are not limited to:

• Lead a small team responsible for Cybersecurity requirements and work products
• Act as the Cybersecurity subject matter expert in Navistar Controls and Software organization
• Develop design requirements for Cybersecurity
• Deliver required work products for Cybersecurity following ISO/SAE 21434
• Develop Controls and Software processes required in the area of Cybersecurity
• Managing relationships between Controls and Software and the Systems Cybersecurity organization within Navistar

Desired Skills

• Knowledgeable/Experience in Cybersecurity Requirements development, Risk Management and Process development preferably in the automotive industry
• Experience with Hardware Security Modules (HSM)
• Domain knowledge of one or more vehicle systems that uses electronic controls is beneficial
• Knowledge/Experience in Cybersecurity standards such as ISO/SAE 21434
• Experience in leading a small team
• Experience of using requirements management tools like Polarion/DOORs etc.
• Knowledgeable of ISO-26262 Functional Safety is a plus
• Ability to coach and train others in Cybersecurity
• Experience presenting to all levels of engineers and management
