Job Title: Agile Coach - Cybersecurity

Location : Remote due to COVID19 (Charlotte, NC / Iselin, NJ / Chicago, IL / Broomfield, CO)

Duration: 6 Months to start with (Possible extension)

Job Description:

Desired Outcomes

• Support the establish Agile culture in Cybersecurity
• Launch Agile projects to support targets of opportunity in 2021 (Pivot to Agile delivery for key initiatives)
• Establish supporting infrastructure for Agile Delivery (JIRA configuration, supporting templates)
• Continuous improvement of delivery using Agile constructs (tools and practices)

Therefore, to accomplish these outcomes, we need help in the following activities:

• Definition and maintenance of a roadmap for Agile rollout within cyber and support of alignment with key stakeholders/leadership (i.e. Facilitate team aligned on our journey)
• Facilitation/Coordination of training of Cyber associates (in partnership with our internal training partners)
• Facilitation/Chair of Cyber Community of Practice (COP) for Agile
• Oversight of migration from Waterfall to Agile tools:

• Clarity => Jira/Confluence/Trello
• WBS => Burn down
• Establishment of supporting Templates for Agile Delivery

• Oversight of migration of selected projects from Waterfall to Scrum/Kanban:

• Ceremony observance and coaching to team
• Ensure healthy product backlog, user story quality, DoR, Dod
• Establish metrics for stakeholder reporting
• Facilitate Sprint 0 activities for new project start up
• Leadership coaching on their role changes

• Coaching for Cybersecurity Work Intake and Portfolio Management on leverage of Agile practices for Demand Mgmt / control delivery(beyond "Project delivery" and in support of BAU operations)
