CYBER SECURITY ANALYST SUMMARY:
Our client is looking to fill a Cyber Security Analyst position supporting a long-term contract here in Huntsville, AL. This is a direct-hire position. It requires an active Secret clearance.
CYBER SECURITY ANALYST MUST-HAVE SKILLS:
Active Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree in related technical field and 5+ years of related experience; OR Associate's degree in related field and 8+ years of experience
Security+ CE or equivalent IAT Level II certification
CYBER SECURITY ANALYST RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide system protection and network defense focused on ensuring data integrity and network availability.
Implement and execute; computer network defense(s), information assurance controls, agency specific cybersecurity requirements, security risk and vulnerability assessments, and cybersecurity compliance documentation
Conduct risk assessment and provide recommendations for RMF system reviews
Use encryption technology, penetration and vulnerability analysis of various security technologies, and information technology security research
